Project Overview
As Creative Director and Designer, I led the development of an inclusive haircare brand designed to merge accessibility, affordability, and sustainability. The goal was to create a line that appealed to a broad audience while maintaining a chic, modern aesthetic.
Brand Identity & Design
I developed the brand’s visual identity from the ground up, establishing a cohesive design system that extended across packaging, product presentation, and digital presence. My focus was on creating packaging that was both sustainable and visually elevated, reflecting the brand’s plant-based and cruelty-free positioning.
Product Development
A key differentiator for the brand was the introduction of a signature hero ingredient, carefully selected to set it apart in a crowded marketplace. Once the creative direction was defined, I worked closely with production and development teams on product testing, packaging components, and preparation for launch, ensuring that every touchpoint aligned with the brand’s ethos.
Creative Production
To support the brand’s introduction to market, I directed and produced multiple photoshoots. These assets were used to build its presence across social media platforms and its e-commerce site, creating a cohesive visual narrative that reinforced the brand’s identity and values.
Outcome
Through a combination of strategic creative direction and design execution, I was able to position the brand as a distinctive, sustainable, and inclusive entrant in the haircare category.
